With over 32 years in the Indian entertainment industry, Mr. Pramod Bokadia has produced and distributed more than 100 films — including hits like Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam and Ek: The Power of one — across Bollywood, South Indian, and Bengali cinema, as well as web series, television, and international distribution.
He built BMB’s audio manufacturing unit from the ground up, and brings extensive experience leading large teams and managing mergers and acquisitions within the media industry. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has been an active angel investor across other industries as well.
Mr. K.C. Bokadia
(Founder and Chief Promoter)
Veteran Indian Film Producer, Director and Screenwriter with 40+ years of experience.
- His notable films include Teri Meherbaniyan, Aaj Ka Arjun, Phool Bane Angaray, Police Aur Mujrim, Kudrat Ka Kanoon.
- The Deccan Chronicle called him "the fastest producer to make 50 films".
- He was awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundaon Award 2023 for Outstanding Contribution to Indian Cinema 50 Years.

In October 2024, BMB Music and Magnetics Limited released its critically acclaimed film, The Signature, starring Anupam Kher. Produced in collaboration with Anupam Kher Studios, the film premiered on ZEE5 and was celebrated as one of the top 5 most-watched Indian films across OTT platforms.

Starring Shreyas Talpade, Manjari Fadnis, and Farida Jalal, this film is directed by National Award-winning director Gajendra Ahire. Set for release in 2025, the movie promises to deliver an engaging narrative.
